The Roadmap is a written reading built from the answers you give and from a fixed model; it can be wrong, and it is offered for you to check against your own experience, not as a diagnosis or a verdict.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
- Feedback first. Before requesting a refund, you agree to provide brief feedback about what did not work for you, and to review the information available at www.happinetics.com.
- Email request. Send your refund request to support@happinetics.com within the 30-day window.
- Reason must be substantiated. Include the reasons for your request with enough detail to understand what was missing or not as expected (for example: what you expected, what you received, and what you tried).
If your request meets the conditions above, we will process the refund using the original payment method, subject to any processing timelines imposed by payment providers.
Email communications (newsletter and updates)
If you subscribe to our emails or provide your email during checkout, you agree that we may send you service-related messages (e.g., receipts, delivery emails, product updates) and, if you opted in, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
Testimonials and feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, or testimonials ("Testimonial") to Happinetics, you understand that your Testimonial may be used to improve our products and services.
Marketing use only with explicit consent. If, when submitting a Testimonial through our feedback form (or a similar mechanism), you affirmatively agree to the testimonial authorization language presented in that form, then you grant Happinetics (and our employees, contractors, and representatives) permission to use your Testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes, including on websites, advertisements, social media, brochures, and event materials.
Edits and attribution. You authorize us to make reasonable edits for clarity, length, or formatting, while maintaining the original meaning. We may publish the Testimonial as written. Unless you provide separate instructions, we may attribute your Testimonial using the name you provide, initials, or a general descriptor (e.g., "Customer"), at our discretion.
No approval rights; no compensation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to inspect, edit, or approve materials where your Testimonial is used. You also waive any claim to copyright ownership in the Testimonial as used by us for promotional purposes, and any claim to financial compensation or other consideration for such use.
Withdrawal requests. You may request that we stop using your Testimonial in future materials by contacting support@happinetics.com. We cannot guarantee removal from materials already published or distributed.
